Rawnsley Surgery have introduced a new text messaging service to help patients with Appointment Reminders, Cancelling Appointments and Health Campaigns.  Can you please ensure that you inform a member of the Reception Team of your mobile telephone number as soon as possible? Thank you. 

When We Are Closed

closed_signIf you need to see a Doctor outside of normal surgery hours please ring 111 where your needs will be assessed by qualified professionals.  You will then be directed to local services, if appropriate.

This number is contactable from 6.30 pm – 8.00 am Monday to Friday; all day Saturday and Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

 

Please do not ask to see a Doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
